The merchant refunded 9.39 but the overall purchase price was 16.37. Left a balance of 6.98 due. The 8.16 you paid 6.98 went to pay off the order and 1.20 was sent back. We would suggest contacting the merchant to see why they didn't refund the total amount of the order.
