This website is a scam. I never got my refund for over 4 products, even after waiting 6 months. They keep saying the process is slow and ask me to check my spam folder, but I never received any emails. They also claim to have maintenance problems with refunds. I’ve been trying to get a refund since November. They offered me a £19.16 voucher, but the actual amount is £28.61. I won’t buy anything else from them because there’s no real refund process. I’m really disappointed.
