I ordered 2 dresses. They were no way near the correct size far too small. I managed to return them using the return address which came in the parcel. So far I have tracked this a number of times but it has not been delivered. I checked the address in Birmingham but a different company trades from the address given. I have sent a number of emails and received the same stock answer ' we will contact you in 24 hours'. It could be said that they are trading fraudulently as they give a wrong address and can therefore say the returned goods were never received, thereby a refund cannot be given. I have challenged them on this in my last email and demanded a refund. As usual I got the stock answer 'we will contact you in 24 hours'. This firm should be banned from trading and I too am filing a complaint with the postmaster general. One of the questions below asks how long did it take to get a refund. There's no answer to that as I'm still waiting.
