I have not received my refund for the product I have cancelled on April 19th 2021 (due to product delivery date problem) and refund also initiated on the same day
Still I haven't received any money
Even after contacting them through mails my issue is not resolved
I have mailed them not only once or twice but 5 times
Is this the way to handle customers?
Really I'm frustrated with this ajio team.
