Ordered one dress for marriage and after 10 days it cancelled reason was logistics issue. After taking so much time how can you do this. I am having lack of time for another dress to purchase. Pathetic service

AJIO SCAM: Coupon Locked Me Out of Exchange - "No Pick-Up Available" is a Lie! Beware of using coupons on AJIO! I purchased two salwar suits with a coupon that explicitly stated "No Return, Exchange Only." I was fine with this. However, when I tried to initiate an exchange for a size issue, the AJIO system immediately hit me with a message: "Pick-up not available for your location." This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deceptive practice. I checked delivery service for my pincode before placing the order. The initial policy stated 'Exchange Only', implying the service for exchange exists. The moment the coupon is applied, the policy effectively becomes 'NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND' because the reverse-logistics (pick-up) suddenly disappears. How can a large retailer like AJIO conveniently "lose" pick-up service the second a customer tries to exercise their only remaining right (exchange) after a coupon purchase? I am now stuck with two ill-fitting suits because AJIO's system is designed to trap customers who use discounts. AJIO, your policies are misleading. If you cannot provide an exchange pick-up, you must offer an alternative solution, like a self-ship option with a refund for the shipping fee, or a full refund. Being locked into a purchase due to your logistics failure on a coupon item is a terrible customer experience.

I received very bad quality dresses not. Ajio even not accepting exchange with another product also. Customer care people are simply saying sorry. Waste off money. Don't buy any product in Ajio

Don't order anything in this app I have ordered Tanuka women embroidery Anarkali set on 25th November 2025 but still I didn't receive my dress no proper response from customer care service simply they are creating issue resolve ticket and wasting time as well as delivery partner without attempting deliver they are updates that customer not available at home I lost my money

They will never deliver the product on time. When you order it the delivery date showed Wil never match you exact delivery date. It would be 4 to 5 days later only So beware before shopping

I had ordered a kurti set n paid ₹877 on 21/11/25 and paid through Gpay. Immediately in 5 min I cancelled the item. Since I preferred some other dress. I got a mail saying that your refund ₹749 will be done on 29/11/25. I paid 877 and before shipping I cancelled the order. Delay and more they charged ₹ 128 for the transaction Please rectify n do my full paymentb₹877

I have never faced any issues. I'm ordering from ajio since 2021. And ajio never disappointed me. All you must know is how to remove shipping charges and good brands' products. That's it (this is my genuine review)

Many products that I ordered ajio cancelled it and did not refund. I lost nearly 1500 rupees. Big time rouges these are. They never refund. So don't buy from them especially during sale time.

Ajio app Opening has become a dreadful experience, so much advertising and marketing is happening, you make it difficult for the customer to reach the products actually. The site has become over complicated, less attractive and more irritating.

Worst experience! Never trusting this platform again! Order the product for which the shipping got delayed by 12 days. Refund wasn’t initiated on time. Customer care team wasn’t sure of the process.

Very unhappy with Buda Jeans Co. I placed an order for 5 trousers from Buda Jeans Co. in different colours on 5th November 2025. Upon receiving them, I was extremely disappointed the fabric quality was very poor and the length was far too short, even though I am only 5'1". I immediately initiated the return the very next day, but it has now been 18 days and my return has still not been picked up. Every time the pickup is scheduled, it shows as “attempt cancelled , customer not at home”, which is completely false I never recieved any phone call I have called Ajio customer care 4 times and spoken to 6 different agents, yet the issue remains unresolved. To make things worse, my return window expired yesterday because the pickup was never done. At this point, it feels like Buda Jeans Co. is deliberately delaying the return so that the return period expires. This is highly unfair and misleading. Customers should not have to struggle like this for a simple return. I am extremely upset and disappointed. You have lost a customer, and I will never recommend Buda Jeans Co. to anyone.

I received a kurti today from Ajio, the size of which is not fitting me. I am trying to put this kurti in the return option but it is repeatedly showing that the facility is not available in this pin code, whereas there was a return policy in the earlier policy.it's service is soo worst 😡
