Very bad experience. I had been waiting for delivery eagerly but your delivery person wants me to visit him and collect my parcel from where he is calling. Adamant person took the parcel back after I showed my inability to reach him. Such people ate defaming your business. Person named Zuber Khan. Kindly initiate action and inform me. Would share voice recording if needed.

Worst experience ever...they harass customers in the name of easy returns...go back on their words and much more...we ordered a dress and raised an issue within 5 mins of receiving it that tag is missing and they assured that there will be no issues later went back on that and Said that they never said that...worst digital shopping app ever...would never recommend it to others.

Ordering from Ajio is very costly. They charge ₹100 as platform fee and ₹ 99 as delivery fee. On the other hand Myntra and flipkart provide free delivery or they charge very nominal amount.

I placed my first order and AJIO assigned Shadowfax as the delivery partner. They even provided the delivery agent’s number, but he never picked up my calls and didn’t bother calling me when the order was out for delivery. Despite calling him several times, I got no response. He didn’t come to my address at all and falsely updated the status as “delivery attempt failed.” After 3-4 days of constant follow-ups, and only when it suited him, I was finally able to collect the product. The packaging was horrible — the box was torn, barely packed, and it looked like it had already been opened. The product was also not as expected, so I placed a return request. To my dismay, the same irresponsible delivery agent was assigned for the return. Again, no response to calls. When I finally got through, he flatly refused to come upstairs and told me to leave the product with the security guard in my society or hand it over to someone he sees regularly. I had no option but to leave it with the security, and he picked it up from there. The product was completely unused, with all original tags and stickers intact, and in perfect condition when it was collected on 27th April 2025. But then, on 6th May, I was informed that the quality check had failed, claiming the product was “damaged and used.” That was a complete lie. I raised a complaint with AJIO customer care, and after over a week, the product was returned to me on 14th May — now in a worse condition, missing tags and stickers, which were intact when it was collected. Who is responsible for this? The delivery agent checked the product at pickup and found it in perfect condition. Now, the product is back with me, unusable, and worth ₹7500, and I’m being denied a refund. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been shopping with Flipkart and Amazon for years, and never once have I faced such negligence, dishonesty, and poor customer support. AJIO and their delivery partner Shadowfax have completely failed to meet even the basic expectations of online shopping. Do yourself a favor — avoid AJIO at all costs.

Ajio is a totally irresponsible company which has zero respect towards its customers. There has been a total mismanagement with respect to their deliveries as most of the time they have been delivering wrong articles and then the worst part is when u complain they say this article doesn’t belong to AJIO and we can’t issue a refund against it. Where will a customer go if there’s been a mismanagement on company’s part. They don’t even provide any resolution after that in case u want to put up a return or refund request and will simply deny from taking up any responsibility of their own fault. I would request buyers to choose wisely their shopping site.please don’t fall trap to irresponsible companies like Ajio who have zero respect towards their customers.They have big problem with their delivery and return and exchange segment.

Ajio is a serious 'No' for me. I always had a bad experience with the products which they deliver also their delivery partners and their customer service is the worst from all the clothing brands. We order something and we get different products, this has happened to me multiple times. I really hate and I am saying this because this has happened with me for the 3rd time.

I had ordered 2 pants together which was booked on the same order id, but i received only one package. When we tried to contact the delivery person they claimed they got only one package and to contact coustomer care for more details. But the coustomer care of ajio didn't respond at all, I have also sent a mail yet no action has been taken and since it was prepaid it has been a loss for me.

They have poor delivery system . They tell it will be delivered before and mentioned some date before buying . And when we buy thinking it will actually be deliveredat that date. After shipment it gets delayed . So smart that the product cant be canceled after online payment . Since we have done online payment we have to wait for that long . This is really bad service. Pushing the delivery date and delaying.

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my wallet balance. On April 5th, I redeemed a ₹500 voucher gift card and added it to my Ajio Wallet. I used this balance to order a shirt. However, due to poor quality, I returned the item, and the refund was correctly credited back to my wallet. The refunded amount was visible in my wallet until yesterday, but today my wallet balance is suddenly showing ₹0. I have not made any further purchases or transactions. I’ve tried contacting customer support multiple times, but the calls keep getting disconnected, which has left me frustrated and disappointed with the level of service. This experience has been extremely inconvenient, and I no longer feel confident recommending Ajio to others due to the lack of support and transparency. I request that this issue be investigated immediately and my wallet balance be restored at the earliest.

Worst Experience with AJIO – Never Ordering Again! I ordered 2 shirts from AJIO, but received only 1. When I raised the issue with AJIO customer care, they simply said, "Both shirts have been delivered from our end" and refused to help any further. This is pure negligence and extremely frustrating. They didn’t even try to investigate or resolve the problem. Their attitude was completely careless. I will never recommend AJIO to anyone. In fact, I’m going to share this experience with all my friends, family, and relatives so they don’t have to go through this kind of pathetic service. Totally disappointed. AJIO has lost a customer for life.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Ajio app and paid by card. They were delivered to me all dirty with stains all over them as if they were miserably used before being packed for me.l initiated a return but they charged me for the convenience fee. When I tried to contact their customer care, they kept disconnecting my call after asking me the details and put me on hold to check. Mr.Hemant supervisor answered my call and then disconnected again after asking me to be on hold.Is this the kind of business you'll do by cheating people? Is this how you'll send cheap low quality products, used ones and then charge us customers convience fee for no reason? If you'll can't send quality products, don't charge us the convience fee, I want full refund.
