U received m second hand products, different than my orders, different sizes , different colours and refused my return and have not refunded back any money. I lost 3000 Rs.

Pathetic services , I have ordered a product from Ajio for which I have not received logo and delivery tag with that and when I request return for the product they declined mentioning the reason it has no logo and tag from where I can give logo and tag which is not delivered to me I have raised the complaint which they resolved without telling me any solution when I reached back to the customer care they told me not to return again the product by yourself as our team will take care of this . I have sent an email to customer care sharing the image and asked then for solution it's 3 days no response I have received from their side. As per app last day to return the product is 15th dec and I am 100% sure that these greedy people will awake after that day and say sorry time to return is ended for this product. I would strongly give negative rating to Ajio I have to select 1 above because there is no other option available.

Scammers! Ajio doesn’t have any direct review options for reference below the product. It delivers low quality products (especially if you’re ordering clothes)! And when try to return it, the barcode doesn’t get detected on the pick-up person’s portal. Better to buy from Meesho than from AJIO!

Ajio is doing sheer nonsense on the part of delivering products whenever we order something we order it for an upcoming event and also take reasonable care if its not as per our liking and return it or exchange it we see that the tags are proper but still their delivery agent says that the returned package can't be scanned or he will give you a reason that the tags are misplaced when he himself sees that the tags are appropriate and somehow just find ways to cancel the exchange or refund making it a task for the customer to believe that the orders if not fit takes so much time for cancellation and exchange is also not on time when we address this to the ajio customer care they say they can't do anything about it and we remain helpless so either you warn your agents that they can't run like this and wave off their responsibility. ...bad experience really this is not expected from Ajio not satisfied at all really bad experience

Disappointed with the Quality I purchased these Puma shoes and was initially happy with the design and comfort. However, after using them just 2–3 times, they started showing signs of damage. This is not the quality I expected from a reputed brand like Puma. It makes me question whether the product is original or not. Very disappointed and would not recommend this product.website look like very premium level

Please help me understand this you guys raises a complain every other day! And my app is updated with the problem fixed within the day or the following day “saying its resolved!!” How it can be resolved when the delivery man failed to show up to pick up the parcel! Refund time is ended plus the product is still with me without any action taken by you‼️

Ajio is a scam. Ajio sent me low quality product in high price. Also, sent me wrong brand and I had size issues so sent an exchange request but the delivery person refused to take it saying it was a different brand (than what was ordered). As told by the customer service, I also sent mails stating the issue with pictures but no action is taken yet. Now, tell me is it my fault that AJIO sent me WRONG PRODUCT? HIGHLY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED Ajio. You're loosing a regular customer. Goodbye ajio. Scrolling through the reviews I found that everyone else here has faced the same issue. Shameful.

The worst customer service ever—it's been eleven days and my order still hasn't been returned. I made the return on December 1, 2024, and all of a sudden, my app informed me that the delivery man had been on December 3 and that the product was not eligible since it was a false allegation. I didn't receive a call, and no one showed up. The order is still with me, and I have been phoning customer service and spoken with at least six or seven people there. I'm not sure what grievance they are bringing up, though. In no other flatform have I encountered this kind of problem! I'm really annoyed by the customer service.

Ajio has the worst after sales service. The customer care team is useless and have no control over the logistic partner. I have placed a return order 15 days back and every day the delivery partner delivery is updating it has failed pick up attempt. Even thought have not even attempted. The customer care team is not even bothered to. Provide a solution and wrongly updating it as resolved. It’s a fake website

I had a worse shopping experience with Ajio. I ordered a hoodie but I received a hoodie with the wrong colour and the wrong size, it had no labels either, just a sticker that wrote "S". I requested a return/refund. The product was picked up but received a message stating "failed quality check" after an hour. Now I don't have the product with me, i never got the refund. I know, not everyone will face what i faced, but i will still suggest everyone to be careful before ordering from Ajio.

Terrible service , they send damaged products . Here I missed the deadline as I had a bereavement in the family . And as per their policy they are not accepting the return . Issue is the quality of product is bad , they sent me a torn kurta ..

Terrible returns service! Its been more than 10 days that my parcel was picked up. There is no update regarding anything from your end. Your customer care number is always busy. Product was of horrible quality! No refund is generated even after repeated attempts to contact you people!

She exploited her workers at a massive level with no salary, after working of two or three months she put fake allegations on them and than fired them without salary including zeeshan and many more.These poor people can't do anything against ajjo mam due to her influence.How this type of business will run where you are hurting poor people.
