I ordered on 24rth October and delevery date was 30th oct but today I saw status only ordered confirm Very bad I request to other don't buy any thing from ajio better to go other sight before I ordered to pant both were not ok i cancelled same date one month gine no one came for pick up

They sell dupe copy at full price .I experienced twice once when i ordered my Steve Maddens shoes and other Tommy Hilfiger sandles they both are fake copy

A very disappointing experience with Ajio, received a wrong product, there customer care service is also very horrible, delivering a wrong product and refusing to exchange/return it. Won't be buying anything from Ajio anymore, also would spread the word in my circle. Amazon/Myntra are far better.

I am very disappointed with their team. These people are just so pathetic. My order has not been delivered yet, and the delivery date was October 23rd; however, I have not received it. This is my first and last order from Ajio.

Received defective aldo sunglasses with only one frame stick and asked for return mentioning the defect.but the pick up guy refused to collect it and had a tough time contacting the customer care.when finally contacted someone the response was vague and unsatisfactory.very unprofessional

Very poor see which I got from AJIO app the product was delivered before 4 days but still it’s showing as not delivered because the product size is not suite for my leg it was a shoes i need to do exchange and no response from customer service very very poor service

Very disappointing experience with AJIO. I received oversized and poor-quality clothes, so I raised a request for exchange. However, the delivery person refused to pick up the item, saying the brand tag was missing — which was exactly the issue I mentioned while requesting the return in the first place! The service is pathetic and customer support is unhelpful. There’s no value for money here. Please think twice before ordering from AJIO — not worth the hassle!

They sent cheep and totally different suit from what I ordered after 12 days of delivery and also deduct convienence fee 150 on return of that item. Just wasted my time and money

I got very worst experience from Ajio,it's customer care service is very worst,I order one kurta pajama set from Ajio & when I opened dupatta was missing & when I requested for exchange they accepted request but when delivry boy came to exchange he simply,refused my exchange & missbehaved with,us,After 10 times I have discussed my situation they are unable to solve my issue,they are not exchanging my product nor giving return option to me,They gave only date to wait & without coming to my doorstep delivry boy is mentioning unsuccessful delivry ,first he came & refuse to exchange & now again he is not coming ,they are saying when dilevry person will come please refuse exchange from your side then will create return for that.All customer executive making me fool ,this is very worst apps ,never buy any product with this application,otherwise seller will not send you full item &,then you'll suffer like me.Worst application, worst customer service.

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an item ordered on AJIO luxe if value Rs 50,000 TODD shoes For last few days Iam not getting response from either of you both companies Details & issue: Original order placed on 20th September for shoes elivered on 25 th September- wrong size so a new exchange order was placed The replacement pair (size UK 8.5) was dispatched on 26th The tracking status shows it arrived at the Delhivery facility in Ahmedabad on29 th September and then every two days it keeps on changing has remained “In Transit” with no movement since then. Promised delivery dates (30 Sept → 3 Oct → 9 Oct-> 10 October ) have all lapsed. This delay is highly unacceptable for a premium exchange order. Despite multiple phone calls and emails AJIO has not responded and replied . I will recommend people not to purchase from AJIO due to extremely poor customer support.

Don't want to give even a star. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL GUYS!!!!! WON'T BE SUGGESTING THIS APP FOR ONLINE SHOPPING TO OTHERS I ordered a product and received a completely different color. When I tried to request an exchange, the app showed a message saying, “The size you selected is not available at your pin code, so we won’t be able to exchange this product.” But there was only one size option (FS) available when I placed the order — I never selected any other size! Really disappointed with this experience. Instead of fixing their own mistake, they’re making it difficult for customers. Worst experience ever — please be careful before ordering.

i am really happy with the customer care service as they were really patient and ready to help new customers. The person on the call was very patient and explained me everything in a very respectful way (which really drove me here to share this experience) Anyways it was really good and now i think i can trust this service.

Bahut bekar hai brand ke Naam pe zero service 15 day hoya mujhe mera order deliver nahi kiya hai customer care ka response bhi nahi aata hai kuch बार-बार complaint karne ke bad bhi please 🙏 don't buy this ajio

I am not satisfied with specific brand named 'Kidsflower' from Ajio. They sent me wrong product. They show return and exchange available, but after delivery they told that return and exchange are not available on my pincode. To return my product, I did long process and waste my time.

I don’t want to give this single star also. Shopping in AJIO was very worst experience for me. I ordered sneaker on 28th may and it shows it’ll delivery on jun 4th but it didn’t. After waited for 10 long days I had a call that they don’t know the exact location which my room was next to a metro station. Then I said cancel the order and I want refund , they said once the product reach warehouse within 5 working days the amount will be refunded. After 15 days I got a notification that refund was successful, but when I checked my account it was never received and today is 7th October.
