This app is now behaving like a fraud. Before I was love to shopping this app. It showing in ad facebook and instagram 199 price to T.shirt and if I open it should be 300 Rs price and they will add transportation charges too.

AJIO’s return process was frustrating—my return request was rejected twice without any pickup attempt, and even after collection, I kept getting cancellation messages. I had to do multiple follow-ups with AJIO customer care and their delivery partner Delhivery. A simple process was made horrible due to poor coordination."

Worst app. More than 15days and my return is not picked. Innumerable calls to customer care, mails. All into vein. All they say is sorry. Least interested in helping out. Never buy from this app. Worst in All aspects

Very very bad platform to shop.i have ordered on 25 July 25 for wearing on rakhi occasion, on 9 August, firstly they have not dispatched though it was prepaid order, after multiple efforts and followup they finally raised the complaint on 30 July and asked to provide solution on 6 August. But no resolution from their end , to close the raised complaint they cancelled my all orders 5 in number, without informing me at all...pathetic service must be closed with hefty penalty

Horrible customer service! Ur executives are way too indecent and have no sense of solving the issues, instead prefer shouting back and hanging up on the customer!!! Very snobbish, not cultured at all n have made me regret shopping from AJIO all these years!!! Have deleted the app from all my family members phones n Il make sure to promote other shopping apps in my extended family too!!! Wow! Also, my mail Id is asked here to know if my review is genuine? I mean you people who are actually not genuine want me to prove myself??? Improve ur quality of service first…

I wanted to give 0 stars, as that’s what AJIO’s service truly deserves. I ordered two products in a single order — one was delivered several days late, and the other was arbitrarily delayed by an additional 10 days without any prior notice. Because the second product hadn’t been delivered, I wasn’t even allowed to raise a return request for the first one. After contacting customer care, they created a cancellation request — but the earliest pickup date is two weeks away, which is unacceptable. Even worse, they refused to cancel the second product since it hadn't been delivered yet. Now I’ll need to call customer care again to initiate a return for the second item once it arrives — an entirely avoidable hassle. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. With such poor service, it’s hard to trust AJIO for online shopping anymore.

Very bad platform for shopping... first i ordered a shirt it takes very long time to delivery and at last it cancelled by itself...then I order again the quality is very poor then I returned it....it's been 4th day of return ...still not receive the fund..

I ordered a product from ajio which was delivered 1 week later but the expected delivery was mentioned as 3 days. As the order was delivered late i couldn’t check the order as i already left out of town before the order got delivered they closed the exchange window till i came back and now these stupid customer care people don’t know how to talk to customers and keep saying that the order cannot be returned after the return window is closed. It is clearly their failure to deliver the order on expected time.

I had a very disappointing experience with AJIO. I returned two jeans which were picked up by the delivery agent, but the app still shows one return as cancelled. I no longer have the product, and there is no option in the app to raise this issue. I had to email customer care and now I'm just waiting for an update. Very poor return handling and response system. Hoping for a quick resolution.

I ordered a Svaraa brand Kurta Set but received a completely different product of cheap quality and without any tags. I initiated a return in the next day itself, waited for 3 days for pick up and but after reading feedback on this forum, I realized they might not accept returns for items without tags. So, I cancelled the return request. I decided it's not worth the hassle and chose to keep the item I received. However, I will not be ordering from Ajio again and have even uninstalled the app.

Hi Ajio, first I placed an order from your site and received a very poor-quality product. When I initiated a return, it’s been more than a week and no one has come to pick it up. Suddenly, I received a message saying that my return request has been canceled from Ajio’s side on my request, whereas I never canceled it. Your customer support service is extremely poor; they don’t even allow us to speak to a senior. After today, I will never use the Ajio app again, nor will I let my relatives and friends use it.

Terrible experience..My confirmed order 18.07.25 for MMTC Silver bar scheduled to be delivered on 21st..was undelivered till 23rd and was cancelled by their end.. because silver price increased rapidly in these 6 days...they cheat their customers.

"Your service is extremely poor. I’ve been waiting for so many days, but the product has not reached me, and the delivery executive has not contacted me. When I tried to contact the delivery executive using the number provided in your delivery service app, it turned out to be a fake number. Still, the delivery attempt has been marked as devilory unsuccessful. Your delivery service is very bad. My exchange product, time, and money have all gone to waste."
