“I am extremely disappointed with the service from AJIO. It has been more than 2 weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received my parcel. The tracking status has been showing “delayed” for the past 3 days without any proper update. Additionally, one of my parcels was cancelled from your side without any prior notice or explanation. This is highly unprofessional. I have also not received my refund yet, which is completely unacceptable. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall. I expected much better service.”

“Very worst experience I also had. Many times I have ordered through Ajio. Ad everyone are saying the delivery boy is not at all reaching us over phone and also they ll not come to our place to check whether the customer is there. Simply they themself put that delivery attempted and order return initiated and sometimes they themself put return as if the customer themselves had done like that they are doing. In my previous order they did not return the money yet. It's already more than a month.... Also I got the message from Ajio that we regret for the inconvenience and we had offered you 300/- off on purchase of more than 500/- but if I order based on the product I select 11/- 30 rupees like that it is reducing the amount and not 300/- All r a kind of show. Don't buy from Ajio. Now adays the material is also very worst.”

“No doubt they have 1 star rating. Literally the Worst customer support award should go to them. I ordered a tote bag which came in a damaged condition and they are just replying with the same automated email asking for photos. This is a total scam. Never order from here.”

“I had ordered an Embrodered tunic top, and they sent me the wrong product. When trying to put a return for the product, the app did not upload the photos of the product. This has occurred to me twice. I did not like the customer service they provided, as they do not reply immediately which is very frustating.”

“Want to give a bad review as my account is permanently blocked as it says my returns are high..but there is no exchange option available for the product i ordered so I had to return cos of size issue..they should have blocked my account for a month or else should have charged me for placing order like shipping charges and all but this is not the solution to block ones account like this..please customer be careful while placing order check sizes you are ordering properly otherwise if returning many times can cause serious damage like blocking your account..”

“I received the wrong colour product and the quality is extremely cheap. On top of that, the product was delivered without any brand tags. Now when I request a return and refund, your pickup staff refuses to take it, asking for brand tags. How am I supposed to provide brand tags when you never sent them in the first place? Your customer support is useless and not responding with any solution. This is absolutely pathetic service. People, please do not buy anything from this brand. Their return policy is horrible and misleading. Ajio is nothing but a fraud platform that cheats customers with fake policies and zero accountability.”

“Worst service I have received, they're saying due to payment failure(from there side) the coupon I purchased is already used on the failed order which makes no sense. If they made sensible argument, I would have agreed but they made a pointless statement and the person cut the call at the end.”

“My experience with Ajio has been nothing short of a masterclass in how not to treat a customer. I ordered a Hidesign bag, they gave me a delivery date, and then they just pulled the plug on my order with no notice whatsoever. Not a single email, not one SMS. Just a sudden cancellation that I had to find out about myself. And when I reached out, the customer service response was frankly dismissive. They took a full six days just to cancel it on their own timeline and then told me I’d have to wait yet another week to see my refund. In other words, they’re keeping my money hostage for almost two weeks without a shred of justification, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. This isn’t just poor service; it’s a blatant disregard for customers’ time and trust. Ajio needs to seriously rethink how they handle orders and treat their customers, because right now, they’re falling drastically short.”
