Terrible customer service. It's so difficult to get a contact customer service. When i initiated a chat regarding my concern the agent joined after 6hrs, had one-sided conversation and marked my compaint as resolved. Which customer waits on the chat for 6hrs? Atleast let the customers know when agents join.
Regarding calls always given fake promises that they callback but they never do. Then they'll update the Complaint status as resolved after failed callback attempts (which is untrue because never received callbacks).
