Frustrating Return Process Makes AJIO a Hassle to Recommend

My experience with AJIO’s online shopping platform has been deeply disappointing, primarily due to their chaotic and unresponsive return process. While placing an order was straightforward, attempting to return a product turned into an endless loop of frustration.
Here’s what happened:
1. Failed Pickup Attempts: After initiating a return, AJIO assigned a delivery partner and sent an SMS confirmation. However, no one ever showed up for pickup, nor did the delivery agent bother to call. This happened repeatedly—2-3 times—despite me being available at the specified time and location.
2. Misleading App Updates: The AJIO app falsely marked these attempts as "return pickup attempted," even though no one arrived. This inaccuracy feels like a system flaw designed to delay or deny legitimate returns.
