“Order placed on 7th Aug and delivery date is 12th Aug. It is not even shipped on 11th Aug evening! This even after opening a complaint, talking to CSR and social media team! 10 hours since escalation and nothing happened or changed - order hasn't been shipped at all. No commitment or sense of service or responsibility from AJIO. Its only a matter of time they shut shop. Avoid at all costs - suggest to take your business elsewhere and save yourself time, effort and some frustration! Shameful that it is owned by Reliance and still so pathetic!”

“*I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding repeated issues with my recent orders.I have placed multiple orders, but each time, I received incorrect items. For example, on 8th May, I ordered a complete suit, but I received the wrong item that is dupatta and till this day I did not receive my refund and even it was cancelled from their end Directly. Despite raising this issue in 2 to 3 emails, my request for a refund was declined. Moreover, the last few orders, spanning over the past 2 to 3 weeks, have also been incorrect in fit, size, and color. I have not received any compensation for the inconvenience fee either.*”

“Pls do not purchase from ajio ever...u wud never be able to return ur product,no matter how many times u call ,how many emails u send,once product is sent it's done there's no way u can return product,i purchased a silver toe ring which was damaged..I've been trying really hard to return it to no avail...damn they are such scamster Customer service is bull🤬🤬.they are clueless ,all in all stay away from ajio..I big fraudsters”

“Extremely unprofessional attitude.you have to literally fight for the inferior quality products returned with zero respense from them. To return your money they will simply make you run from one pole to another. Worst . Even meesho is better that Ajio.”

“Very disappointing with Ajio..1st 2 purchases both disappointing in terms of quality, color and size. Their size chart is misleading. What they show and sell are different...in terms of color, quality and size. They have delivery charges hidden in their product cost whi h one comes to know when initiating a return. They do not have a refund option in Ajio wallet but indirectly force customers to fill in bank details if refund is COD. Please be cautious and think before ordering from Ajio.”

“Very disappointing experience with AJIO. I returned a product long ago, but my refund is still not processed. Despite multiple follow-ups, their team keeps sending the same generic responses without actually resolving the issue. This kind of customer service is frustrating and unacceptable. When a customer follows the return process properly, refunds should be handled promptly and transparently. I expected much better from a brand like AJIO, but this experience has completely let me down.”

“⚠️ सख्त चेतावनी: ऑनलाइन खरीदारी से पहले सावधान रहें ⚠️ Ajio के साथ मेरा अनुभव बेहद निराशाजनक और अस्वीकार्य रहा। मैंने जो प्रोडक्ट ऑर्डर किया, उसकी जगह गलत/घटिया क्वालिटी का सामान भेजा गया। सबसे बड़ी समस्या तब हुई जब रिटर्न करने की कोशिश की—रिटर्न पॉलिसी बेहद जटिल, असुविधाजनक और ग्राहक-विरोधी लगी। कई प्रयासों के बावजूद न तो संतोषजनक जवाब मिला और न ही समस्या का उचित समाधान किया गया। 👉 मुख्य समस्याएं: • गलत या निम्न गुणवत्ता का प्रोडक्ट • रिटर्न/रिफंड प्रक्रिया में अनावश्यक बाधाएं • कस्टमर सपोर्ट का कमजोर और असंतोषजनक रवैया इस तरह का अनुभव किसी भी ग्राहक के भरोसे को तोड़ देता है। ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म का उद्देश्य सुविधा देना होता है, न कि ग्राहकों को परेशान करना। ❗ मेरी सलाह: इस प्लेटफॉर्म से खरीदारी करने से पहले पूरी जांच-पड़ताल करें और सावधानी बरतें।”

“Ajio has the worst and extremely illogical policy about returns and they block your account. They deduct money from the order amount during returns over and above convenience fees and then they hae audacity to block your account and ask you to create another account with unregistered mobile no. Pathetic customer service and non-sense logic which beats the entire concept of online shopping.”
