“what a disgusting customer service. they do not help at all. all they say is " i understand but we cant do anything" if thats the case then why is there customer service at all? shut it down because anyways you are not helping the customers. my order has been delayed for so long. itsin my area but no one is delivering it and i have been calling customer service since so long but all i get to hear is they cant do much? what kind of a response is that”

“I recently ordered on ajio platform. But I received wrong product and also one instead of two. When I requested for return, they canceled the return without my notice. So I suggest people not to buy from this platform. It is fraudulent.”

“Ajio is not keeping up with customers these days,material quality is pathetic, even when we have to get any specific colour they send their Fav colours even when asked for exchange, refunding is very slow or negligent... Waste app it doesn't work like as it was before..”

“I have ordered a shirt through this Ajio on 7th March 2026. After placing the order within few hours I changed my mind and canceled the order. Today is 17th March 2026, the payment still not credited to my account. I called their customer care for 3 times and the customer care is helpless and no escalation mechanism is in place. It's a frauduler company and look at the customer review rating, heights of it is a Mukesh Ambani s Reliance group company. When competitors like Myntra can credit the amount in few hours after canceling the order, this company takes more than 10 days and God Bless this company.”

“Ajio is one of the worst company with 3rd class service they scammed me with my refund. first of all i have been cheated they sent me completely different and cheap, fake product and then for 20 days nobody showed up for pickup. after many complaints and sending emails someone picked up the product. it's been 2 months now they didn't refund my amount.”

“I ordered one jean for my birthday from Ajio but the quality is not good. So I returned the product but they didn't refund my money of rs.520. It is almost 2 weeks. I also contact customer care but no response. First time, I feel more bad about ajio because I thought ajio is the trustworthy app in India.”

“This is a terrible online shopping platform. The app is slow and full of lag. The delivery service is extremely poor and they rarely deliver on time. They keep changing the delivery dates and almost every order gets delayed. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.”

“I wouldn't even give 1 star. Honestly they spend so much on flashy advertisements than on actually building a reliable delivery system. what a shockingly poor service. If you are planning to buy from here be prepared for late deliveries, order cancellation and late refunds. I had a very disappointing experience with AJIO. I placed an order using a gift card, the order was delayed and eventually cancelled. The refund was returned as a gift card forcing me to place another order on it. I placed a second order using it and once again the delivery kept getting delayed . after raising a complaint, i was assured the product would be delivered in a few days, but instead the order was cancelled again. Now I'm stuck with a gift card that I'm unable to use because orders keep getting canceled after long delays. this is extremely inconvenient and feels like poor customer service. if orders cannot be fulfilled , customers should not be forced to keep their money locked in gift cards. overall a very frustrating experience”
