I ordered some non returnable stuff and I am literally so upset . Why did I even trust ajio without reading any review. Not gonna buy anything again from your app! So sad to say I wasted my money. And this is the last time I ordered something. The product is purely different from what was showing in the picture. And it's non returnable.! Well done ajio !!!

We have been following up with the customer care team for over 2 weeks now for a refund of the wrong product that was delivered. The customer care department is not at all helpful. We have been emailing the team with all the required images of the wrong product that was delievered however they are not able to coordinate with their email department to check on the details. Each time we follow up they just have to say we are sorry but the email department could not view the images and nothing much we can do, you have to wait for 48 hours. They do not even coordinate with email team to check the concerns. AJIO has the most unprofessional team. Our money is yet not refunded.

I recd 1 product instead of recieving 2 and delivery shown as delivered. I had complaint to ajio and as well as courier company but no proper reply. The other product not yet delivered was cost to 1800. I had to bear this loss. I request all to order single item at one time.

This Ajio app deceives customers. It doesn't provide any return or exchange facility for any item purchased from here. It's a completely useless app

I had a disappointing experience with Ajio. I ordered 7 bras but received only 3. Instead of the remaining 4, I was sent a men’s trouser and a shirt by mistake. Out of the 3 bras I received, I kept 1 and returned the other 2, for which I have already received a refund. However, since I received the wrong items instead of the 4 missing bras, I returned them and requested a refund. Unfortunately, I have only received a refund for 2 products. Now, I have received an email stating that the returned products were not received, which seems to be due to the fact that I could only return the incorrect items (pant and shirt) instead of the missing bras. Though customer care initially assured me they would resolve it, there has been no proper response so far. Very disappointed with the service and lack of proper resolution. Hoping Ajio will address this issue soon.

I have ordered a Kurtha Set,received kurtha set without pant.Missing product exchange or return is not applicable in Ajio .Raised 2 complaints but didn't get any solution.

I have ordered from ajio app through my application. My delivery date was 3rd of march and i was waiting for my product to deliver ajio sends sms that i will get product on 3rd date but product was not delivered they send so many fake attempts for delivery and when i call costumer care i dont get satisfied answer. First time i use this app but this is the worst service i have recieve from any company. I will not buy anything onwards

First time I ordered with AJIO, very bad experience.... I ordered for a 5 piece combo skirt for my daughter. The one which I received is entirely different patterns and prints, in that 2 were damaged. When I saw the return FAQ's it was showing that we can exchange the one which we have issue with. So I placed an exchange and the person came to pick and deliver the new pack but he wanted me to return all the 5, where I used the other 3. When I called the customer support they refused to give the refund and also they did not give any solution for the exchange. Cheating the customers in the name of offers and discounts.. Since AJIO is a big brand, i thought the product will be nice and this first experience became the worst experience, will never ever purchase anything from AJIO again. Very disappointed.
