Ajio is a totally irresponsible company which has zero respect towards its customers. There has been a total mismanagement with respect to their deliveries as most of the time they have been delivering wrong articles and then the worst part is when u complain they say this article doesn’t belong to AJIO and we can’t issue a refund against it. Where will a customer go if there’s been a mismanagement on company’s part. They don’t even provide any resolution after that in case u want to put up a return or refund request and will simply deny from taking up any responsibility of their own fault. I would request buyers to choose wisely their shopping site.please don’t fall trap to irresponsible companies like Ajio who have zero respect towards their customers.They have big problem with their delivery and return and exchange segment.

Ajio is a serious 'No' for me. I always had a bad experience with the products which they deliver also their delivery partners and their customer service is the worst from all the clothing brands. We order something and we get different products, this has happened to me multiple times. I really hate and I am saying this because this has happened with me for the 3rd time.

Pathetic service its been a month i did not receive my order and they did not even initiating the refund l, when asked for it they refused saying you have to cancel the order when it comes to your door steps. Lol

They have poor delivery system . They tell it will be delivered before and mentioned some date before buying . And when we buy thinking it will actually be deliveredat that date. After shipment it gets delayed . So smart that the product cant be canceled after online payment . Since we have done online payment we have to wait for that long . This is really bad service. Pushing the delivery date and delaying.

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my wallet balance. On April 5th, I redeemed a ₹500 voucher gift card and added it to my Ajio Wallet. I used this balance to order a shirt. However, due to poor quality, I returned the item, and the refund was correctly credited back to my wallet. The refunded amount was visible in my wallet until yesterday, but today my wallet balance is suddenly showing ₹0. I have not made any further purchases or transactions. I’ve tried contacting customer support multiple times, but the calls keep getting disconnected, which has left me frustrated and disappointed with the level of service. This experience has been extremely inconvenient, and I no longer feel confident recommending Ajio to others due to the lack of support and transparency. I request that this issue be investigated immediately and my wallet balance be restored at the earliest.

Worst Experience with AJIO – Never Ordering Again! I ordered 2 shirts from AJIO, but received only 1. When I raised the issue with AJIO customer care, they simply said, "Both shirts have been delivered from our end" and refused to help any further. This is pure negligence and extremely frustrating. They didn’t even try to investigate or resolve the problem. Their attitude was completely careless. I will never recommend AJIO to anyone. In fact, I’m going to share this experience with all my friends, family, and relatives so they don’t have to go through this kind of pathetic service. Totally disappointed. AJIO has lost a customer for life.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Ajio app and paid by card. They were delivered to me all dirty with stains all over them as if they were miserably used before being packed for me.l initiated a return but they charged me for the convenience fee. When I tried to contact their customer care, they kept disconnecting my call after asking me the details and put me on hold to check. Mr.Hemant supervisor answered my call and then disconnected again after asking me to be on hold.Is this the kind of business you'll do by cheating people? Is this how you'll send cheap low quality products, used ones and then charge us customers convience fee for no reason? If you'll can't send quality products, don't charge us the convience fee, I want full refund.

Terrible. Very bad customer service. Bought a shoe from Call it Spring on the app. In 3 wears it gave out. The shoe and sole separated. On contacting customer care, they said nothing can be done because it had gone over exchange time by a day or two. I was are of this but usually when there is a clear product deficiency they should replace the item and take it up with the seller. But AJIO customer care didn’t even bother to understand the problem. They just washed their hands off it. When I showed the show to Presto for repair they said not to bother, the product is obviously an old one which has been lying around. They just want to offload all the old products onto their customers. The show cost ₹2800 and I could wear it 3 times. Bad experience . Wouldn’t recommend. Better to buy in a retail store or Myntra.

Ajio has seriously let me down. I received the wrong product, and when I tried to initiate an exchange, the app said “No exchange allowed for wrong product.” Are you kidding me? You send the wrong item, and then refuse to take responsibility? Tried calling customer care countless times. No one answers. It’s like they just don’t care. After wasting hours and trying again and again, finally someone answered—only to tell me the same nonsense: “No return allowed, even if it's our fault.” So now, Ajio gets to keep my money, send me the wrong product, and even eat the ₹19 convenience fee for a mistake they made. Had brought a bag from ajio ,it was worn out. When booked a return, they insisted to also give the outer courier package. Why on earth would I save the package. They closed the complain without resolving only because of this reason. Even though all other tags and bag is on place and photos sent. Very bad . You are cheating Client's by selling worn out pcs in the name of sale. I fell really cheated by AJIO

Its really frustrating on Ajios customer support and courier services. Never comes in time. The customer support has no answer and they put the phone down. I am not sure why should we put up with this. Ideal thing is not to purchase from Ajio to escape from this chaos and have peace. The customer support and courier service is a recipe of disaster.

This app didn't allowed me to return my order There policy says that the returning duration is 15 days but I recieved my order on 5th April and tried to return it at 9th April so they are saying that I returnwindoe has been closed on 8th of April How can they close it in just three days?!! The order I got doesn't match the colour they shown in the picture And the fabric is worst

If at all I had an option to give 0 rating i would do so. Worst online shopping app ever I must say. Once the order is placed in few days it starts showing order is delayed then after raising a complaint they simply cancel the order and then say delivery was cancelled by us and then suddenly you see a message saying refund is initiated. Its not the first time am facing this issue. Its happened 3-4 times in my case. Out of the whole order with 8 products only 2 were delivered and rest of it was cancelled on their own.

Ajio has changed. Now is in a mess. Wrong product delivered to wrong person. Return procedure is too cumbersome and refund will take more than 15days. Customer has to suffer for mistake of Ajio staff. BOT in customer care does not make life easier. To contact a human in Ajio is a task in itself. Had ordered Tshirts and was delivered with a Kurta. Strange management. Avoidable site now. Disappointed 😞
