“(This is a fraudulent app. You order one thing, and something completely different arrives. I ordered Red Tape shoes; the box was from Red Tape, but inside were some other shoes, the kind you find on the roadside for 100 rupees.) “I ordered a kurti from Ajio on 27th November 2025. Since the size was not right, I requested an exchange. On the delivery date, Ajio cancelled my request without any explanation. This is not the first time — it has happened two to three times with my orders. Even after I emailed Ajio, they assured me that the exchange would be completed by 29th December 2025, but on that very date, they cancelled my order again. Honestly, Ajio’s service has been extremely disappointing. Other shopping apps provide fast delivery, smooth exchanges, and easy returns, while Ajio repeatedly fails to deliver on its promises. Worst experience ever with Ajio.”

“I had returned an the order along with the delivery agent and yet the status on the app is not updated. It's not giving an option in customer care to speak to customer care executive as well. The app has very limited support for the customers facing issues. I am facing difficulties in refunds as I have already returned the product but system has not updated the status.”

“I had booked a known brand shoes from the website, The order had taken more than 12 days which is still not delivered! On calling the custom care team, the team is so bad, they couldn't resolved the issue and hanged the call in the middle of the conversation. Upon mailing them the issue is till not resolved and I have been advised to wait more 7 days the order can't be canceled from my end either. Now I have to wait for more 7 days and upon rejecting the delivery more 7 days for my refund. Like in this FMCG I have to wait for 20 days for my product or 28 days for my refund. Hilarious! Ajio cannot disappoint you any further!”

“The worst customer care team. Not picking up return since last 25 days and giving fake reason like ur not available to pick as ur not available. Complaint to customer care team they just did formalities. Nothing solved and they themselves cancel the return instating that I have requested for return cancellation . Very pathetic from brand like ajio.”

“Pls don't buy anything from Ajio. Horrible experience. I ordered a product but quality was not good so I request a return but it's more dan 15 days till no one has come for pick up every day I m getting message today pickup will done but no one is coming for return pickup. Rider no also not working n end of the day they are saying adress is incomplete. While delivering the product Address was correct n complete now they are saying adress is incomplete pls don't buy anything from Ajio or else be ready for harrasment”
