Worst experience! Never trusting this platform again! Order the product for which the shipping got delayed by 12 days. Refund wasn’t initiated on time. Customer care team wasn’t sure of the process.

Very unhappy with Buda Jeans Co. I placed an order for 5 trousers from Buda Jeans Co. in different colours on 5th November 2025. Upon receiving them, I was extremely disappointed the fabric quality was very poor and the length was far too short, even though I am only 5'1". I immediately initiated the return the very next day, but it has now been 18 days and my return has still not been picked up. Every time the pickup is scheduled, it shows as “attempt cancelled , customer not at home”, which is completely false I never recieved any phone call I have called Ajio customer care 4 times and spoken to 6 different agents, yet the issue remains unresolved. To make things worse, my return window expired yesterday because the pickup was never done. At this point, it feels like Buda Jeans Co. is deliberately delaying the return so that the return period expires. This is highly unfair and misleading. Customers should not have to struggle like this for a simple return. I am extremely upset and disappointed. You have lost a customer, and I will never recommend Buda Jeans Co. to anyone.

I received a kurti today from Ajio, the size of which is not fitting me. I am trying to put this kurti in the return option but it is repeatedly showing that the facility is not available in this pin code, whereas there was a return policy in the earlier policy.it's service is soo worst 😡

I am extremely disappointed with Ajio’s service. I have been trying to return one product for over a month, and I have raised the return request 5–6 times, but the pickup has still not been completed. Every time I contact customer care, the only response I get is “Sorry ma’am,” with no real action taken. This delay, lack of responsibility, and repeated inconvenience shows how poor the support system has become. A simple return should not take this long. Please take this issue seriously and resolve it immediately. Ajio needs to improve its return process and customer support urgently.

Pathetic experience with the customer care. They are useless and rude! Not at all in the attitude to help . Some of there employe called me with all my details including the order id and order status and date of order placed and tricked me into paying the order amount again. They dont even understand the matter. The FUR has been placed against the company as such details should have been securely kept by the company itself. How is anybody suppose to know my order id???? And they are not ready to help me in any way out! Have such criminals working for them !!!

I'm still fuming about my horrible experience with Ajio! I ordered a pair of shoes worth ₹2500, paid upfront, and they promised delivery within 15 days. But guess what? On the very last day, they CANCELLED my order! 😡 When I reached out to Ajio Care, they had the NERVE to tell me it's due to logistics issues and blah blah blah! They said they'll return my money in 7 days, but it's been a MONTH now, and I'm still waiting! 📊 If they can't even deliver what they promise, WHY ARE THEY IN BUSINESS?! 🤬 It's clear they're making fake promises to lure customers in. SUPER DISGUSTING! To everyone out there, PLEASE AVOID AJIO LIKE THE PLUGGUE! 👎 Worst shopping experience of my life! #AjioFail #Scam #BadBusiness

Extremely disappointed with Ajio! The platform may offer cheaper products, but the experience is absolutely terrible. Many items are non-returnable and this is never clearly mentioned before purchase — feels completely misleading. If the size doesn’t fit, you can’t even exchange it for another product, which makes shopping here pointless. Their return process is unnecessarily complicated and far from customer-friendly. It seems Ajio only cares about selling, not about customer satisfaction. Definitely the worst online shopping experience I’ve had — would not recommend this app to anyone! Not worth 1 star also...

Purchased Egiftcard from Ajio. Egiftcard is not yet received. Even after 10-12 times follow up with customer care and customer executive no use. Screenshot of payment also sent. Nothing is done by customer care. Hopeless system. Buy buy Ajio

Worst Experience with AJIO! I ordered on 19th October, delivery was delayed for weeks. The outfit I got was cheap and low-quality, not like the pictures. I returned it, and AJIO claimed they refunded, but I still haven’t received a single rupee. Worst service ever — never buying from AJIO again!

Mene 5 product order kiye the lekin box me khali aaya our sirfh 2 hi product the dirty and used our return our change bhi nahi ho raha hai our delivery boy ko call kr rahe hai to wo call pick nahi kar raha hai number ko block kar diya hai 700 ka nuksaan ho gaya hai please is app pr trust na kare

I ordered on 19th October, and it’s still not delivered. It’s been weeks of delay, zero updates, and pathetic service from AJIO. Their customer support is a joke — no real help, just robotic replies and false promises every time. Honestly, AJIO has turned into one of the worst online platforms I’ve ever dealt with. The few products that did arrive earlier were cheap in quality, totally different from what’s shown online. It feels like they’re running a scam — taking money first, then ignoring customers. I’ve lost complete trust in AJIO. This is the last time I’ll ever order from them. Delayed delivery, bad service, poor quality, zero responsibility — AJIO has failed on every level.

The worst app i could ever see I ordered on 16 october they first delayed the delivery then when i cancelled my order i didnt get the refund they gave some stupid reference number when i asked about ehich bank knows nothing then they are asking for bank statement while already its been showing in the app that refund failed ...... Still they wont accept it and initiate it again. The customer care is useless too.
