“Worst Experience with AJIO! I ordered on 19th October, delivery was delayed for weeks. The outfit I got was cheap and low-quality, not like the pictures. I returned it, and AJIO claimed they refunded, but I still haven’t received a single rupee. Worst service ever — never buying from AJIO again!”

“I ordered on 19th October, and it’s still not delivered. It’s been weeks of delay, zero updates, and pathetic service from AJIO. Their customer support is a joke — no real help, just robotic replies and false promises every time. Honestly, AJIO has turned into one of the worst online platforms I’ve ever dealt with. The few products that did arrive earlier were cheap in quality, totally different from what’s shown online. It feels like they’re running a scam — taking money first, then ignoring customers. I’ve lost complete trust in AJIO. This is the last time I’ll ever order from them. Delayed delivery, bad service, poor quality, zero responsibility — AJIO has failed on every level.”

“The worst app i could ever see I ordered on 16 october they first delayed the delivery then when i cancelled my order i didnt get the refund they gave some stupid reference number when i asked about ehich bank knows nothing then they are asking for bank statement while already its been showing in the app that refund failed ...... Still they wont accept it and initiate it again. The customer care is useless too.”

“Very disappointing experience with AJIO. I received oversized and poor-quality clothes, so I raised a request for exchange. However, the delivery person refused to pick up the item, saying the brand tag was missing — which was exactly the issue I mentioned while requesting the return in the first place! The service is pathetic and customer support is unhelpful. There’s no value for money here. Please think twice before ordering from AJIO — not worth the hassle!”

“I got very worst experience from Ajio,it's customer care service is very worst,I order one kurta pajama set from Ajio & when I opened dupatta was missing & when I requested for exchange they accepted request but when delivry boy came to exchange he simply,refused my exchange & missbehaved with,us,After 10 times I have discussed my situation they are unable to solve my issue,they are not exchanging my product nor giving return option to me,They gave only date to wait & without coming to my doorstep delivry boy is mentioning unsuccessful delivry ,first he came & refuse to exchange & now again he is not coming ,they are saying when dilevry person will come please refuse exchange from your side then will create return for that.All customer executive making me fool ,this is very worst apps ,never buy any product with this application,otherwise seller will not send you full item &,then you'll suffer like me.Worst application, worst customer service.”
