Very disappointing experience with AJIO. I received oversized and poor-quality clothes, so I raised a request for exchange. However, the delivery person refused to pick up the item, saying the brand tag was missing — which was exactly the issue I mentioned while requesting the return in the first place!
The service is pathetic and customer support is unhelpful. There’s no value for money here. Please think twice before ordering from AJIO — not worth the hassle!
