I ordered for a jacket and wallet, both of Tommy Hilfiger brand from Ajio for gifting to my friend on his 50th birthday that was on 14th Sep 2025. Purchased the product on 9th Sept and at the time of buying it on ajio, it showed me delivery on 13th Sep 2025. Come 13th Sep, but did not receive delivery of the products. From 13th to 14th Sept, I kept on tracking on the Ajio website but the tracking system kept on showing an error. They have a tie up with Xpressbees, which has one of the most disgusting tracking system. It does not recognise it's own AWB number. Neither does it recognise the Order ID or Tracking ID, nor my phone number. For each of the option, it gives an error. On calling Xpressbees, it never gets through the initial IVR as, it again does not recognise the Order ID or Tracking ID, or my phone number, or the AWB number !! So I call up Ajio customer care, but their response is far from helping. In spite of my repeating to them that I have to gift this to my friend on 14th Sept, the only thing they keep saying is that they will raise a complaint and get back to me by 20th September.......Called them 4 times all in all, but received ZERO SUPPORT and now finally am going to my friend's house disappointed......Ajio needs to scale up in terms of professionalism......I would never recommend this to anyone, even if they offer products at lesser price.....
