I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an item ordered on AJIO luxe if value Rs 50,000 TODD shoes
For last few days Iam not getting response from either of you both companies
Details & issue:
Original order placed on 20th September for shoes elivered on 25 th September- wrong size so a new exchange order was placed
The replacement pair (size UK 8.5) was dispatched on 26th
The tracking status shows it arrived at the Delhivery facility in Ahmedabad on29 th September and then every two days it keeps on changing has remained “In Transit” with no movement since then.
Promised delivery dates (30 Sept → 3 Oct → 9 Oct-> 10 October ) have all lapsed.
This delay is highly unacceptable for a premium exchange order.
Despite multiple phone calls and emails AJIO has not responded and replied . I will recommend people not to purchase from AJIO due to extremely poor customer support.
