Very bad experience with Ajio. The delivery agent refused doorstep delivery, spoke rudely, and used abusive words. He said, “Return it if you want doorstep delivery,” and didn’t even try to deliver. All items were returned without any attempt. Worst part – customer care didn’t help at all. They were careless and unresponsive. Very disappointed. Ajio is going down because of such poor service.

Pathetic services. I ordered for the first time . I did not like the product due to poor quality requested for return. The delivery guy refused to take return claiming its a different brand. When I double checked i realised I ordered from svaraa but they sent from some Caniban brand. But thats not my fault they delivered it. First time I am having such a bad experience that too on the first order.

Do not shop from this app. It's the worst. They charge for convince and delivery fee of total 200. And when i had to return an item, they did not even refund me back the full amount. Worst experience ever

Whenever I returned a product , they deduct rs 100 or more amount . Refund policy is so poor .

AJIO is very bad at delivering the product. And if I cancel the product due to delivery issue then I can’t get the refund for that product even after so many days. I had a very bad experience with AJIO and no other platform is as bad as AJIO.

I have ordered a dress and received a used one, not even folded properly. So, i placed exchange and again received in same condition. Not expected the same thing twice.

I ordered jeans from ajio once and i haven't received any parcel nor any notification about delivery and they returned it without trying to contact me once

I ordered a couple of items from Ajio. Item 1 was wrongly depicted in terms of quality of cloth (composition mentioned cotton) hence returned, item 2 a US Polo short was a totally different shirt sent to me. The Customer care is so pathetic that no one is reachable on phone, on email there is no response - after multiple follow ups they did return the item but put a return fee which is illegal since a wrong item was shipped. Above that they have put a platform fee of 149 on whatever next order one puts - if Ajio is serious about its platform it needs to have a working customer care and post sales support - I would advise neevr to buy from it unless you know what you are buying and dont go by the description they put validate it from other sites. Horrible experience, they have deducted money which is illegal and for such paltry amounts no one has time to take legal remedies. Avoid!

I ordered 3 items from Ajio app on 4th June, 2025. I was informed that delivery will happen by 13th June. But they keep on changing the delivery date and it has now extended to more than 15 days. There is no option to contact anyone as everytime the helpline no is busy. Worst customer care and online shopping service.

Useless customer care. No one answers. The delivery of the product is deferred indefinitely. And their delivery partners expresbees are equally misfit and do not deserve to be called delivery partners.

Terrible customer service. It's so difficult to get a contact customer service. When i initiated a chat regarding my concern the agent joined after 6hrs, had one-sided conversation and marked my compaint as resolved. Which customer waits on the chat for 6hrs? Atleast let the customers know when agents join. Regarding calls always given fake promises that they callback but they never do. Then they'll update the Complaint status as resolved after failed callback attempts (which is untrue because never received callbacks).

I ordered trousers from ajio app that was Aahwan women single pleated relaxed fit trouser, I ordered 2 trousers but received only one! I thought they will refund my money for 1 trouser or send me the another trouser but they didn't do anything. I'm very disappointed from this! I called customer care 5-6 times they didn't answered my call at all!

Wish I could give 0 stars Extremely disappointed with Ajio. I placed an order for multiple items, but only one was delivered. The rest never arrived, even after waiting over 15 days. To make it worse, the one item I did receive was incomplete—I ordered a night suit but got only the top, no shorts. Returning it was another struggle that took 10 days. Really frustrating experience.

They never pickup our return product .Always says unavailability of us .We are always home and they didn't contact either .So frustrated of their return pickup .It's been three times return pickup failed.

Ugh, so frustrated! 🚫 My return pickup has been pending since June 5th, and they've rescheduled 3 times. We're home every time, but they still mark it as 'false response'. Can someone please help me resolve this? 🤯📦

I received a brand less suit which i tried to return. Pick up person denied to take it as brand name missing. But Ajio feels customer is supposed to accept the brand less suit. They are not ready to return. Pathetic experience with Ajio
