Have been writing to customer care for over 1 month to resolve an issue with wallet, unable to use my wallet for purchases. Every email replies with generic advice on using wallet. There have been promises to escalate and call me. Then emails saying we tried to reach but you were unavailable. However, I have no missed calls. Promises for managers to respond and follow up which never happen. On call today with customer care today, refused to escalate or give me a resolution. Said, "I will tell my team and they will respond in 48 hours". No accountability, no way to follow up. @VineetNair, is this really a way to run a company? Complete and utterly incompetence.
