I’ve had a very disappointing experience with AJIO. Recently, I received products without any price tags, and when I tried to return them, the app/system refused the return, claiming the item was not eligible.
This is unfair and feels like a scam, especially because:
The product arrived without a tag, not my fault.
Return requests are being rejected without proper support.
Customer service is unhelpful and slow to respond.
This kind of behavior breaks trust. I used to like AJIO, but this experience has made me rethink using the platform. If you're shopping here, record your unboxing and be cautious. I hope AJIO takes this seriously and fixes their return policy issues.
