Cancellation without informing the customer. I have given a promocode in spinthewheel contest..75% flat off on performax products. I have spent atleast 2hrs to select the products. And finally I placed the order successfully. After 3-4 hrs they have cancelled my order partially (8products out of 11 got cancelled). When I reached out to the customer care ...they made me to wait 25mins. A lady answered my call and said stocks are out. But in the app they are still in stock and I have given a option to reorder.but this time no promocode to apply.Ajio is just making customers fools. If I had enough time I should have approached the consumers court for wasting my valuable time in fake offers
