terrible customer service been trying to get in touch with customer support for 8 days now. I have written several emails. I have tried calling and waiting for several mins . even as i type this right now I am still put on hold by automation.
ordered four pairs of steve madden shoes in past one week , been trying to change the color for one , after getting no human interaction I decided to keep them as is. to my utter shock one tore from the side on the first day of wear. in less than 2 hours.
