Dear Team,
As AJIO is very reputated company, but I am very disappointed by your pick up person. I returned a product which I ordered on 4th August Order ID - FL0290099744 and today he picked up and calling me around 9 PM and told me that I have sent different product then which I ordered and he told me that he is cancelling the return. But I sent the same product so tell me where am I at fault. Did I do something wrong by doing shopping from AJIO a very reputated platform. If this is the process I will never suggest anyone to shop from AJIO. Kindly do the needful to your customer.
I hope company will take care of their customers.
And the worst part is I am not even getting the product which I ordered. I believe I should get my product or the money I spent on the product.
