Really feeling cheated by such a big online shopping platform. Received a torn out product. Trying to return the product since last 13-14 days (from the very next day I received it). But every time their courier agent denies picking up it saying some number is missing on the tag. Even I am showing them the bill too which was mailed by them. Yesterday they have sent me a message that 'Thanks for taking back your return request', even though I have not cancelled my return request. They have harassed me by rescheduling the pickup again and again. I have sent them so many mails but to no avail. As no satisfied answer was received. Always say will contact you after this and that time. But useless... I have completely lost the hope of returning their damaged product and my money went waste.
