Pathetic app in modern times.. Pls keep up with other online shopping apps like myntra. It's been more than 15 days since I ordered something, prepaid it (my mistake) and I haven't just received the parcel, I m getting automated replies to my complaints. They have no customer care representatives due to covid, they say. So we only have the option of mailing or using their incompetent app to raise a query, to which u ll get a quick response, an automated email or reply. Its a shame. I understand there are glitches, but the incompetence to resolve the problem is just way too shameful.
