I purchased a product from Ajio specially choosing size L however, they sent my size XL. I've been trying to reach them on daily basis and no one is resolving my query. I wanted to return the product since it's of no use to me but it's really disappointing that their customer service representatives answer the calls and automatically transfer the call to IVR for feedback without even talking to us.
