It’s a fraud. First they send you wrong order then when you return it, they will not refund the money. They don’t have the courtesy to callback and every time you will only have to follow up. When you ask for transaction Id with the bank to track your refund, it’s never available. I still haven’t received my refund. Every page on their app shows a different status of order or refund. This is the second time this happened with me and I am done . Kindly have the courtesy to return my money. If you need it so badly ask me I will donate it to you but don’t steAl your customer money.
