The service is disgusting . I will never recommend Ajio to anyone . On December 2021 ; I ordered some clothes(4) cost Aprox Rs 3500 from Ajio and pay amount online & for that I got - two item deliverd and one item cancelled by ajio . One item worth Rs 1600 ladies dress was not deliverd to me but status updated as delivered to me for that i so many times call to Ajio customer care center they respond very decency and said every time will track and update to you. But every time they update the status in Ajio like your item delivered. After so many times contact to Ajio customer care i desided to loose my money. Very bad experience... the worst service even seen...
