It is very pathetic online portal. I have purchased clothes and raised a return request due to poor quality. Courier person collected but not provided any acknowledgement and also not updated in portal. It is more than a week, no information on my refund. We cannot contact the customer care as they give a recorded message saying due to carona, it is closed. When sent a mail, they reply with standard auto reply message.
