Delivery experience is beyond bad. Waiting since 3 weeks for my order, keep getting emails every day to be ready with cash on delivery, than no contact nothing, order isn't coming. Suddenly after weeks waiting j received emails that 4 our of 6 items order have been cancelled due to unknown reasons.
Meanwhile i talked 2x to customer care, thay promised they'll send, but never did.
They promised a voucher as excuse, but never did.
2) my husband and received wrong order. And now has to wait 10-14 days for replacement. Ridiculous.
