Worst return and refund. They are looting customers. Never place a prepaid order. They will never return/ exchange and you will never get your money back. It has been more than 2 months and they are not responding to my mails or returning my money. They have not delivered the product also saying some technical issues. Very very disappointing service . This was not expected from reliance retailers. Ambani should shut this company if he is not able to handle.
