It has already been more than 2 weeks since I exchanged my parcel, but the delivery still has not been completed. Every day, they say that delivery is delayed, but the delivery man never gets to our house, nor is the parcel returned. No one has come to pick up the parcel either.
I have made exchange report on 29th of May and till now no action is taken.
