I ordered three garments on 26th July..The most expensive one was delivered promptly, the other two were falsely reported as returned with payment denied and not at home to receive it respectively. Then 11 days later a totally different product was delivered and the delivery guy took COD and advised me to try your return policy. I did and am waiting to see when that will happen. Totally disillusioned by this service and app. I will not accept the third outfit or pay for it. I do not intend to ever order from Ajio again.
