Simply fooling the customers.... bought an Indian wear....was of bad quality an delivered without tags...As a customer the delivery person doesn't allow to open and check the package while receiving.. Later when I wanted to return the drese bcoz of the poor material...And then A list of excuses...No reply to mails ...no customer contact... Finally I have to bear the cost of that poor product... But one thingfor sure... it's been a year now .. haven't ordered anything from Ajio...Coz they don't value their customers... earlier i use to shop frequently...
