Worst site. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son at banglore. The product was not fit, so I requested for return.Meanwhile my son went to abroad and left the product with security guard for return. First they told that our system doesn't show that item is delivered so we can't return it. Now they say that you send photo of invoice, product and tag. Since my son is not there how can I send it. I simply requested them to check the product and once you are satisfied, credit the amount. It was my first order with Ajio and it became a nightmare. Customer care people are also very rude and inoperative. Never use this site. Very painful
