I have never seen a product delivery company which asks for OTP while delivering and while picking up returns as well. Whenever I have 3-4 items to return/exchange, it wastes my 10 min. every time.
The serviceman doesn't have the list of items that are to be picked up, for each item he will be sending the OTP first, then he can see the item to be picked. Each item takes around 3-5 min.
While companies like amazon provides easy delivery and pickup service, these Indian companies are focused on making money only, they don't care about customers.
