Worst customer care service, I just had a simple question from last 15 days, I have sent multiple emails, just automated responses even in mails, call doesn't connect real person.
Who sends email automated responses, calls understandable.
Your website said order for more than 7K you will get free bag, so I did, you guys cancelled one of my items and refunded, now the order has become 4.5K, my simple question was "will I get a bag or not?" It was yes or no answer.
I was asking this question because the main item I wanted you have cancelled it, other items I added for free bag, if not getting bag I can return it, return period is over I still don't have answer.
