Worst e-commerce platform. Better to pay little more and buy from other sites...
Delivered products are different from what they have displayed. Return requests kept on cancelling by themselves...After a heck lot of time on line wd the customer care , i got to know i should self ship. Even pathetic is that they didn't instruct me to do so on app or through text messages but only when I called them thrice i got to know abt this.Still the app shows "return Pickup available" . Ajio is subpar. I curse it go out of business.
