Ajio is very poor in their service. I wanted to return a lotus hanging light & watch type ring due to damaged piece & incorrect size being delivered without price tag on both. I sent them mails stating about the issue and return it in no quality check and all.I did that and almost 2 month I am following up to get the return of the product. There is no follow up or solution from ajio. They keep saying we will contact you in 24hr but it never ces, I call them after every 5 days and they have the same answer. There is no responsibility from ajio and response.
