Bought puma shoes but delivered sandals and unable to return the product tried reaching customer care they just try to manipulate you saying sometimes saying logo is not visible sometimes saying this number is not visible that number is not visible.I have sent atleast 4-5 times asked picture of the product and invoice still can't return. Even one time they mailed me that return is initiated but after sometime they called me said please resend the required documents again after which i didn't receive any reply from them.I ordered the product in oct and now it's dec , so u can see easy and quick there return policy are They even once tried fooling me saying this product is not returnable and when I reminded them of previous mail communication they searched for other execuses This is totally fraud first they send wrong product and they don't return it.I still have the product
