It was my worst experience ever. I’ve never faced problems ordering online even from small, home brown companies to big companies like tata luxury, zara etc. but ajio surprised me that online shopping can be worst experience. First they shipped my order 15 days later after multiple complaints. Then they only partially shipped and partially cancelled my order too. Moreover when I received the order the bag was WRONG. I did not order the bag I received. The condition of the bag was as if it was second hand.
So disappointing and dissatisfied.
Pathetic customer services and services over all as well.
