Ajio was my first preference for shopping as the collections were good. But my last delivery was terrible and customer support is pathetic. Ajio website shows items delivered, but I never received the items. Their customer support confirms there is a signature mismatch & they will look into it. But never got a resolution even after months.
Its all good in best cases, where your orders are fulfilled without exceptions. But if there are problems then AJIO is the WORST place to shop & your money is lost for ajio's mistakes.
