Service is highly disappointing and poor. There is delay in the delivery of the products, yet there is no update on the status. When complaint is raised, the resolution time is one week. Poor quality of customer service, cannot help the customers with the appropriate response. Awful experience I had speaking to their team for a long time with no benefit. I am waiting for my order for many days and I cannot cancel it till it is delivered. Substandard quality of service in today's extremely competitive markets.
