Ridiculous, is the only word I could think of . Terrible service. I ordered a Kurtha and they sent be a cheap Saree with no label. And now the customer care refuses to take the return and give my money back because they said there is no label on the saree. I lost my 900+ rupees. I wanted to surprise my mother. But all I was doing was chasing them with emails with no luck. Such a SHAME.
