I have ordered 3 seater sofa cover with floral print ,they have delivered the different sofa cover ,I raised the complaint but instead of exchanging / returning/ realising the mistake ,their sole excuse was that there is delay in raising the complaint.
Very Poor customer care
I am old customer of ajio ,I have never faced such problems with them previously .But I think with there poor response in return and exchange policies and lack luster customer care it's becoming difficult to trust them anymore .
