I am really disappointed with ajio's handling of my refund. I am a regular customer of ajio for past 3-4 years. I had ordered items worth Rs.5000/-. The order was cancelled and refund initiated but I did not receive the refund. When I reached out regarding this I was asked for bank statement. How illegal is that. On top of that I am told that they can not do anything if statement is not shared. What does that mean?? can't you call up bank and ask status of your own ARN. You have full team to support customers not to hassle them.
