Ajio can be called *outright scammers*. I had ordered a pair of jeans from this app, what I received was a completely different style of torn jeans of different size, which obviously didn't fit me. When I placed a return request, the delivery agent refused pick up because I was not returning the item that I had ordered. Obviously! I had received a different item than I had ordered! I called their helpline for 6 times and mailed them 11 times. No resolution was given and I felt like such a fool to be scammed so easily
