I have placed the returns for the order and the items have been collected already but there is no update yet and the its still showing your order will be picked on 5th feb , this is pathetic and poor service it takes too long to get the money back and the customer service is useless staff is saying i have raised an issue there is some technical problem but thats not my issue i want my money back asap .
