Very bad customer service .
I raised a return request , the parcel i received has no tag/label and bacause of this delievery boy has refused ((2 times)) to take that parcel back .
2-3 times i had a chat with the customer service, did mail ,did call but again and again they ask me to follow their steps and to wait for 48 hrs. etc etc but no one genuinly helped me.
