Writing this to let you know that my exchange order got cancelled. They have mentioned under the reason that they tried multiple times to deliver the product but we were unsuccessful.

I had placed the exchange order on 28th March 2024. I kept on tracking on app. It said delivery delayed for some reason. Today they said can't exchange your product.
Let me tell you nobody ever contacted me regarding this. I was at home all the time.
Now I am not able to exchange the product or return the product as the window for exchange/return was closed on 3rd April.
Now who's fault is this? You didn't manage to deliver the product. It's clearly your fault.
Give me either my money back or give me exchange product.
