Ordered for a pack of three socks (colour opted was different shades of blue)which falls under non-returnable catagory,but received black ,grey and dark grey coloured socks. In spite of providing with all the details yet it was not exchanged or returned . The reason given by them is that I have received same coloured product.
Request everyone to take open delivery to make sure you receive the same product.
